Lokkaroom FAQs

Lokkaroom is a digital home for sport. It brings memberships, shopping, rewards, tickets, merchandise, courses, content and partner offers into one connected space. Think of it like a virtual locker room where fans, clubs, organisations and partners can come together through one account.

It depends on the membership you join, but you can expect access to a mix of perks, rewards and sporting benefits. That could include discounts, partner offers, member-only content, tickets, merch, courses, competitions, experiences and more. Each membership is different, so have a look at what’s included and see what works for you.

Your club membership may be powered by Lokkaroom. That means club-branded memberships can use Lokkaroom behind the scenes to manage access, rewards, offers and member benefits. So your membership may still feel like your club, but Lokkaroom is the platform helping bring it all together.

Log in through the Lokkaroom website using the email address linked to your account. If your access came through a club or organisation, you may need to activate it using the link or code they sent you. Once you’re in, your membership area will show what you have access to.

Don't worry! Go to the Lokkaroom login screen and click “Forgot password”. Follow the reset steps from there. If the email does not arrive, check your junk or spam folder and make sure you are using the email address linked to your account.

Your Member ID lives in your Lokkaroom account area. Log in, click the account/person icon, then go to your account page. You’ll see your Member ID on your member profile card.

Log in to your member area and choose the offer you want to use. Each offer will explain what to do. You might need to use a code, click a link, scan a QR code, or show the offer in person. Always check the offer details before you redeem, just so you know exactly how it works.

Sometimes, yes. Some offers can be used more than once, while others are limited to one use per member, one use per order, or a certain time period. The offer page will tell you what applies.

Oh no! First, check the offer details, expiry date and redemption instructions. If it still isn’t working, email support@lokkaroom.com with the offer name, partner name, what happened and a screenshot if you have one. We’ll take a look and help get it sorted.

Membership pricing depends on what you join. Some memberships start from as little as £5 per month, with different options depending on the club, organisation, benefits and access included. The membership page will always show the current price before you join.

It depends on your membership type. Some memberships renew automatically. Others may be one-off, fixed-term, club-funded, or linked to a season, campaign or access period. You’ll see the payment and renewal details before joining.

Yes. If you have a paid membership, you can cancel it through your Lokkaroom account. Log in, click the account/person icon, then go to “My Membership”. From there, you can view your active membership and cancel if needed.

No. Lokkaroom is built for sport, not just football. It can be used by clubs, governing bodies, athlete brands, events, community organisations and other sport-related groups. Different sports, different audiences, same idea: better digital access, benefits and connection.

No. Lokkaroom is owned and operated by TMA Sports Management. Clubs and organisations can have their own branded membership areas powered by Lokkaroom. That means the experience can look and feel connected to the club, while the platform, rewards network and support are managed through Lokkaroom.

Of course! All Lokkaroom memberships are available to fans, supporters or members who are not season ticket holders. Access, pricing and benefits can vary, so check the relevant membership page to see what’s available.
