At login, click "forgotten password". You'll then be sent an email with a link to reset your password.

How do I set my username?

You can set and change your Lokkaroom username by heading into settings > my profile details > additional details.

What's the booking fee for?

The booking fee covers the cost of our payment processing costs to ensure that your transaction is safe, with the remainder supporting Lokkaroom to help improve your fan experience.

Where can i access my Lokkaroom tickets?

You can find your Lokkaroom tickets in My Account > My Tickets.

Alternatively, you can also find your ticket inside your emails.

Once the event is finished, your ticket will transform into a collectible and be stored within your collectibles; showcasing your super-fandom to the world and who knows, maybe one day will help you unlock exclusive rewards and prizes... stay tuned on that.

How do I access my livestream?

How do i see the event details?

If you've purchased a ticket for an event, your name and all event details will be visible on the ticket.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

We do offer refunds in extenuating circumstances. If you'd like to apply for a refund, please contact our team at contact@lokkaroom.com

How do I track my delivery?

Your delivery details (and live tracking links) can be found in your shipping email.

Where can I see my past purchases?

Your purchase history can be found under your my account section within your Lokkaroom account. 

What is the Lokkaroom returns policy?

Lokkaroom uses a range of different third-party suppliers to deliver our wide product range.

If you wish to return an item, please contact the supplier. If this is impossible, please contact our team at contact@lokkaroom.com.

How much is delivery?

All of our store products are fulfilled by third-parties, and therefore – the delivery charges are dependent based on the supplier's policy and the nation you want your items delivered to.

Does my money go to my club?

Yes, apart from a small transaction fee, everything you pay for your club's merchandise goes towards supporting your club.

What does my membership give me?

Your club membership will give you access to your club's premium content, perks and discounts.

Where does my membership fee go?

The majority of your membership fee goes directly to supporting your club, with a small percentage going to Lokkaroom for servicing and maintenance.

How do i access my membership number?

Your membership number and QR code can be found in your account > my memberships > manage.

How much does a membership cost?

This is decided by your individual club; however the price of the membership should reflect the quality and quantity of content, perks and discounts your receive.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any point by heading into My Account > my memberships > select membership > membership settings.
